Mental health is the interaction between our thoughts, feelings and behavior. These parameters must exist in a state of homeostasis. Any deviations from normal can create some abnormalities requiring psychopharmacological interventions or psychotherapy or both. Timely identification is the driving behind efficient  treatment outcomes. Your Place of Care offers the balance for this mental triad: Thoughts, Feelings and behavior. We empower you to take control of your care. It is about you and not about us.

Mental Health

Diagnosis in the cornerstone for treatment outcomes. A holistic approach requires more than symptoms. Non presenting symptoms or residual symptoms require a “diagnostic lens” to depict them. The less trivial cases require more than stating the DSM symptoms approach. The spectrum  approach to diagnosis often reveal some of the challenges associated with outcomes, for example “treatment resistant” depression, and other mood disorders.
